Bath Installer (Home Remodeling)

Location: Newburgh, New York, United States; on-site. Monday–Friday, first shift, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. Training is conducted at the New Castle, Delaware office, with transportation, hotel, and food per diem covered.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Install bath products according to work orders and manufacturer guidelines.
• Set the pace and tone of each assigned job and coordinate the team’s work.
• Maintain quality, safety, and company standards throughout each installation.
• Notify management when needed to protect the integrity of the work and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
