What you will do
- Contribute to defining the scope of handover to IT operations.
- Define and consistently execute operational procedures.
- Provide first-level service desk support and second-level support, assisting with third-level support for relevant IT solutions.
- Prioritize service requests and incidents.
- Administer, monitor, and operate existing IT systems.
- Manage IT continuity plans, user identities and access, and technical security implementations.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, network engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of professional experience.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of forward scheduling of changes, global platforms, impact analysis, operational production acceptance, and service desk standards and procedures.
