Lead Bath Installer

Location: Hauppauge, New York, United States; hybrid workplace. Monday–Friday, first shift, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. Training takes place in the New Castle, Delaware office.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the installation of acrylic baths and showers.
• Supervise and train apprentices and junior installers.
• Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide installation solutions.
• Complete installations according to company standards and building codes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and conduct post-installation checks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and lift materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
