Remote Senior Manager, Specialty Clinical Platforms (Surgical and Urology) - Richardson, Tx

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must currently reside in Texas or be willing to relocate to Texas before starting. Up to 50% travel is required for key meetings, site visits, and practice locations.

What you will do

• Serve as the Technical Capability Owner for specialty EHR platforms and application ecosystems supporting surgical and urology practices.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for application portfolio management, technology planning, vendor relationships, and system optimization.
• Implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to specialty clinical platforms.
• Manage, mentor, and hold Specialty Systems Subject Matter Experts accountable for application delivery, support, and continuous improvement.
• Identify technology opportunities, participate in planning and development cycles, and collaborate with IT staff to deploy company strategies.
• Partner with Surgery Operations and senior leadership to align clinical operations, business objectives, and technology strategy.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience implementing or supporting clinical platforms or practice operations.
• Electronic health records experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, technology planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Current residence in Texas or willingness to relocate to Texas before the start date is required.

• Athena Clinicals experience.
• Outpatient surgical or urology experience.
• Project leadership skills.
