Managing Consultant - Sweden - C&M - Operations & Improvement (Operations & Improvement): Leading complex operational improvement and transformation engagements for clients across consumer, manufacturing, energy, financial services, and public services with an accent on operational excellence, cost optimization, supply chain performance, and manufacturing transformation. Focus on diagnosing performance, designing data-driven initiatives, delivering measurable benefits, growing client accounts, and mentoring consulting teams.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; predominantly working on client sites. Travel may be required. Flexible working patterns may be supported for qualified candidates.

What you will do

  • Lead complex operational improvement and transformation engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, measurable benefits, and strong client satisfaction.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on operational excellence, cost optimization, supply chain performance, manufacturing, and process improvement.
  • Diagnose operational performance and design data-driven initiatives across operating models, processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Own and grow key client accounts through roadmap development, opportunity identification, proposal development, and commercial shaping.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, capability development, and the sharing of tools and best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor junior team members while supporting a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in operations, operational excellence, process improvement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related consulting or industry role.
  • Experience leading complex operational or transformation initiatives, ideally with responsibility for benefit realization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, team-leadership, and business-development skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
  • Must have the full right to live and work in Sweden; visa sponsorship is not available. Willingness to travel is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Consumer & Manufacturing clients.
  • Hands-on experience in supply chain optimization, manufacturing transformation, or operational cost-reduction programs.
