Senior Java Software Developer

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and test software components using Java and C++.
• Lead the software development team and propose technical solutions for customer requirements.
• Build and deploy applications on Linux OS, including integration, packaging, and delivery.
• Maintain existing software and troubleshoot issues at the network, operating system, and application levels.
• Prepare software specifications, design documents, test descriptions, and progress reports.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are released on schedule and improve the software development workshop.

Requirements

• Malaysian nationality and ability to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
• Fluent spoken and written English, especially for technical communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience in industrial applications.
• Experience leading a software development team and extensive knowledge of Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Knowledge of Linux OS, with strong analytical, problem-solving, autonomous working, and teamwork abilities.
