What you will do
- Lead and develop Revenue Analysts managing a regional portfolio of cargo routes.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, cargo capacity utilization, contribution, booking trends, and demand performance.
- Drive allocation strategy, demand steering, flight-opening Entry Conditions, and disruption recovery.
- Collaborate with Network Planning, Pricing, Operations, and Commercial to align capacity, pricing, constraints, and customer needs.
- Lead rollout, training, and adoption of the new revenue management system.
- Support seasonal planning, process improvements, dashboard enhancements, and departmental performance reporting.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, another numerate discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the airline industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in Cargo Revenue Management is ideally preferred.
- Experience in Inventory Management or Revenue Management.
- Ability to lead analysts, challenge revenue management strategies, and coordinate cross-functional decisions.
