What you will do

• Manage grant applications, budgets, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Liaise with funders and program managers.
• Coordinate multiple grants simultaneously.
• Lead grant audit processes.
• May supervise grant support staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in grants management.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with grant compliance, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are expected, along with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
