TL;DR
IT/OT Penetration Tester (Cybersecurity): Delivering high-quality penetration testing and security assessments across operational technology, cloud, mobile applications, and industry environments with an accent on client reporting, ethical hacking, and technical problem-solving. Focus on planning and executing engagements, developing testing infrastructure and tooling, and contributing to CREST-accredited training.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance in the office or on client site at least two days per week, potentially up to five days per week on a client site.

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality penetration tests and security assessments within agreed deadlines.
- Produce clear written and verbal reports for clients.
- Work with clients and cross-functional stakeholders using agile practices and collaborative problem-solving.
- Contribute technical expertise to client engagements and internal projects across multiple sectors and technology stacks.
- Build and maintain penetration-testing infrastructure and tooling, and help plan and execute engagements.
- Share knowledge with the penetration-testing team and contribute to CREST-accredited ethical hacking training.
Requirements
- CTM/CSTM or CTL/CSTL status and/or recognised certifications such as OSCP or CREST/CyberScheme qualifications.
- Subject-matter expertise in one or more penetration-testing areas, such as mobile application testing, cloud, operational technology, telecommunications, defence, or maritime environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
- Motivation to support internal training, infrastructure and tooling development, and engagement planning.

Hiring process
- Recruiter call to discuss the application, role, and company.
- Two 60-minute competency or technical interviews, covering both formats across the two rounds.
- Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion of client-centricity.
