What you will do
- Request PPAP documentation from suppliers according to customer and internal requirements.
- Review PPAP packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Verify PSW, control plans, PFMEA, process flows, dimensional results, material certificates, capability studies, MSA, and related documents.
- Identify missing or non-compliant documentation and coordinate corrections with suppliers.
- Approve or reject PPAP submissions based on documented evaluations.
- Upload and maintain PPAP records in CDB, ensuring traceability, version control, and record retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electronics or physics; Specialist or Master’s degree preferred.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher required.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Experience in a multinational environment and the automotive sector is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook, plus experience with IT or CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional communication skills in a complex corporate environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and CDB.
- Experience coordinating with R&D, IMDS, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
