Focus on identifying risks and dependencies, managing budgets and workforce planning, and implementing scalable tools and processes across cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Location: Graz, Austria; onsite, with remote work unavailable

What you will do
- Drive operational execution quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, roadmap updates, resource planning, and delivery commitments.
- Establish engineering governance, scalable processes, best practices, documentation, and collaboration tools.
- Provide executive-level reporting and data-driven insights into program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Support headcount planning, workforce management, organizational design, budget forecasting, spend tracking, and management.
- Partner with engineering leadership, product management, program management, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- More than 10 years of industry experience, including engineering leadership in large engineering organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor product lifecycle and related engineering processes.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong executive communication and presentation abilities.
- Regular onsite work in Graz, Austria is required; remote work is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with NFC/RFID or other wireless radio technologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar documentation, reporting, and collaboration tools.
