R&D Projects Leader (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Legnickie Pole (Legnica), Poland. Full-time onsite work in the R&D office and Test Center near the production area.

What you will do

• Plan, report, and execute R&D projects for new products and processes while meeting quality, cost, and time expectations.
• Develop product concepts, constructive solutions, requirements, specifications, detail drawings, assembly drawings, and production documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies, mechanical integrity calculations, functional testing, and results analysis through serial production release.
• Supervise sample-part manufacturing and support prototype production using 3D printing, machining, and production resources.
• Design with Solidworks and engineering tools such as Ansys, and support design and process FMEAs.
• Coordinate with test engineers, production teams, universities, steel suppliers, and other strategic technology partners.

Requirements

• Relevant project management experience in new product development.
• Strong analytical and engineering expertise, including Design for Six Sigma and Finite Element Analysis.
• Good understanding of technical and commercial considerations in project execution.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across functions and explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Precise working style, strong quality commitment, integrity, emotional maturity, and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work onsite in Legnickie Pole, Poland, in a full-time role.
