HSE Manager (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems aligned with ADNOC requirements.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals through guidance, training, and safety engagement.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard-control activities.
• Coordinate HSE compliance with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare ADNOC and regulatory reports and drive continuous HSE improvement.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, or operations within oil and gas or petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in a lead HSE position managing HSE professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or an HSE discipline.
• Previous ADNOC Onshore approval and strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements.
• Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 certification or equivalent, plus NEBOSH IGC or an ADNOC-accepted equivalent.
• Good written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
