Game Designer (Kids' Games): Designing and building exciting game levels and experiences for children's games with an accent on storytelling, level documentation, and pixel-perfect implementation. What you will do
- Design new levels and transform game concepts into engaging experiences for children's game audiences.
- Implement art assets and configure level functionality using components and tools provided by developers.
- Write level documents covering game aspects for Development, Art, QA, and other teams.
- Coordinate with Game Design, Art, and Development teams to implement level requirements and build the final experience.
- Review and approve final products, monitor game performance, and analyze and improve levels as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in game design.
- Passion for children's game genres and understanding of the game industry, market, and target audiences.
- Knowledge of computer systems and programming languages, with a knack for coding and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to coordinate with Game Design, Art, Development, and QA teams.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in game design, instructional design, or learning technologies.
- Experience with Unity.
