Quest Designer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain original quests both on paper and within the proprietary C-Engine.
• Collaborate iteratively with the Narration team to develop ideas and provide feedback.
• Lead interdisciplinary quest strike teams including Level Design, Art, Animation, and QA to bring stories to life.
• Coordinate with the Quest Producer and Quest Director to maintain project vision and monitor progress.
• Iterate on quest designs based on director feedback and industry trends.
• Manage reporting and time-tracking via Jira.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Quest Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of storytelling basics and experience creating game narration.
• Experience using game editors and a deep understanding of open-world action RPG mechanics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proactive ownership of assigned areas.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
