Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a core area of the real-time detection platform from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Partner with data science and engineering to improve recommendation accuracy, fraud-pattern coverage, model and rule performance, and false-positive rates.
• Define and track detection rate, false-positive rate, latency, customer impact, and adoption metrics.
• Engage with customers, technical account managers, and analysts to understand fraud problems and operational needs at scale.
• Anticipate automated, bot, and AI-driven abuse and shape detection responses.
• Write PRDs, make scoping decisions, coordinate stakeholders, and support adoption across the admin console and APIs.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably with technical, data-heavy, platform, or API products.
• Experience or strong understanding of fraud prevention, risk, cybersecurity, identity, or anti-abuse.
• Comfort discussing data, models, risk signals, precision/recall trade-offs, and detection quality.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into scoped, measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong prioritization, judgment, collaboration, and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning workflows, feature engineering, or analytics.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS products delivered through APIs and SDKs.
• Exposure to automation, bots, and AI-driven threats.
