Senior AI-Native Product Engineer, Fullstack (AI)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events

What you will do

• Build and ship production mobile experiences across iOS and Android for the home-buying journey.
• Own features end to end, from ambiguous problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Work across mobile clients, APIs, services, and data considerations to deliver customer outcomes.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to shape seamless, measurable experiences.
• Use AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering while maintaining quality and correctness.
• Support production systems, participate in on-call rotations, and use observability signals to guide improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and shipping production mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.
• Depth in one mobile platform and working familiarity with the other, including cross-platform experience reasoning.
• Experience working across mobile clients, APIs, services, and data when needed.
• Experience supporting production systems, participating in on-call rotations, and using observability and operational signals.
• Strong technical, product, and business judgment with clear written and verbal communication.
• Must be based anywhere in Mexico and available to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events.
