Personal Financial Counselor - Fort Campbell, KY

Location: Fort Campbell, Kentucky, United States; assigned to a military installation

Salary: $58,440–$93,500 per year, with potential eligibility for short-term incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to military service members and their families.
• Help service members establish spending plans for extended absences and different stages of the military lifecycle.
• Develop financial education materials and deliver classes, workshops, briefings, and seminars.
• Provide counseling through secure online chat, video communications, or other approved virtual channels when authorized.
• Coordinate with installation and military branch Points of Contact, leadership, and other providers.
• Manage duty-to-warn situations according to Department of Defense protocols and participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree plus four years of experience, or a high school diploma plus six years of experience.
• At least three years of financial counseling experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.
• Must pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest process.
• Must hold an AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification and a valid in-state driver's license.
