Marketing Task Author (AI Training)

What you will do

• Author realistic tasks covering on-brand announcements, competitive comparisons, and campaign attribution analysis.
• Write scoring rubrics for factual accuracy, brand fit, and data-supported conclusions.
• Set up task environments with campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
• Solve tasks yourself to validate realistic scenarios and clear expected outputs.
• Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting data complexity, brand specificity, and attribution ambiguity.
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts and rubrics.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a related marketing function.
• Ability to verify marketing claims and assess whether conclusions follow from underlying data.
• Strong brand judgment with the ability to define specific, checkable criteria.
• Experience with campaign performance data, attribution reports, and competitive positioning documents.
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria beyond writing quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, enterprise, or Southeast Asian marketing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Looker.
• Experience with BPO, technology, or multinational brands operating in the Philippines.
