Location: On-site at the local bank branch in Trumball, CT, United States

Salary: $58,500–$70,000 per year, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive, needs-based investment, insurance, brokerage, and advisory solutions to retail clients.
• Manage an assigned book of business and actively solicit new and existing investments and insurance solutions.
• Build strong partnerships with retail branch managers and support branch referral efforts.
• Use a consultative and holistic sales process to assess client needs and objectives.
• Maintain ethical business practices and comply with regulatory, broker-dealer, and institutional requirements.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of investment sales experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Active state-applicable life insurance license.
• Active Series 7 and Series 63 registrations, where required by the state of hire.
• Active Series 65 or 66 registration; if required and not active, it must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and broker-dealer applications.
