Game Presenter (Korean)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia; willingness to relocate to Armenia required

What you will do

• Host live casino games for Korean-speaking players in a professional and engaging manner.
• Present games clearly while following company procedures, gaming standards, and operational guidelines.
• Deliver a strong player experience through confident communication and presentation skills.
• Maintain game accuracy, integrity, compliance, and professional standards.
• Work with supervisors and studio teams to ensure smooth game operations.
• Meet quality standards and KPI targets while developing product knowledge and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Korean, both oral and written.
• Fluent English.
• Confident, professional, and customer-oriented presentation skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Armenia.
• Availability for 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a 2-days-on / 2-days-off schedule.
• Responsibility, maturity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
