Multimedia Virtual Assistant (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote for Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines; company based in Arizona, United States

hirify.global provides trained multimedia virtual assistants to small businesses and other clients based in the USA.

What you will do

• Develop digital marketing strategies, run advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and optimize performance using key metrics.
• Create blog posts, articles, social media content, graphics, website copy, and other digital materials.
• Plan social media calendars, manage online communities, conduct keyword research, and optimize content for SEO.
• Edit photos, videos, and audio, and produce graphic design, motion graphics, animation, illustrations, voiceovers, or 2D/3D content.
• Build user-friendly websites and contribute to front-end and/or back-end web development.
• Coordinate with clients through email, phone, video calls, and task management tools, including administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience or 6 months of freelancing experience.
• Strong spoken and written English required for communication with US-based clients.
• Proficiency in at least one relevant video, audio, image, or social media tool, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or HubSpot.
• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.
• Access to a suitable Windows or macOS computer, reliable DSL/fiber internet of at least 10 Mbps, a high-quality headset with microphone, and an HD webcam.

Nice to have

• Recommended computer specifications include 16 GB RAM, an SSD, a newer processor, and at least 20 Mbps wired DSL/fiber internet.
• Experience with additional multimedia capabilities such as motion graphics, animation, 2D/3D modeling, digital illustration, or voiceovers.
