Paraplanner (Financial Planning)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Metro Manila listed. Working hours: AU/NZ business hours, Monday to Friday, 6:00AM–3:00PM PH Time.

Salary: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month.

What you will do

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) according to Australian and New Zealand compliance standards.
• Research financial products, strategies, and market trends to support adviser recommendations.
• Analyze client assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk profiles.
• Develop tailored strategies covering superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Maintain accurate client records, CRM documentation, financial plans, presentations, and review packs.
• Coordinate with financial advisers, administrators, and external providers while monitoring regulatory changes and industry practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning support role.
• Mandatory Australian or New Zealand financial planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, including superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
• Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs and working with AU/NZ compliance requirements, including ASIC guidelines.
• Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems such as Xplan, AdviserLogic, or Midwinter.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills with close attention to accuracy.
