Digital Marketing & Property Research/Lead Specialist

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours.

Salary: PHP 95,000–107,000 per month

Work directly with a Christchurch-based property business managing approximately 150 residential and commercial properties annually and building its digital presence and lead generation engine.

What you will do

• Build the property website, including platform selection, structure, content, updates, and lead-capture optimization.
• Establish and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram profiles with consistent branding and messaging.
• Source and scrape leads from property platforms such as Property Guru, identify owners and agents, and maintain a structured lead database.
• Develop monthly email campaigns and conduct targeted outreach to Christchurch-based property agents.
• Create social media content featuring property insights, listings, and market updates.
• Research the Christchurch residential and commercial property market, including trends, pricing movements, and investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Direct experience in the New Zealand property industry, including real estate, property management, development, or investment.
• Strong understanding of New Zealand property platforms such as Property Guru.
• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or social media management.
• Ability to build and manage websites using Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for email campaigns and content creation.
• Ability to work independently in alignment with Australian hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Christchurch property market.

• Basic SEO and analytics knowledge.
