Senior Multimedia Designer

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with NZ working hours.

Salary: PHP 100,000–150,000 per month.

What you will do

• Design digital and print marketing collateral, including social graphics, advertising assets, website visuals, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Edit promotional videos, customer success stories, product demonstrations, event footage, and short-form social content.
• Create light motion graphics, animations, and animated digital advertising assets.
• Develop creative concepts and improve existing assets while helping evolve the visual identity.
• Collaborate with the international marketing team and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
• Manage multiple projects, organise creative files, and quality-check deliverables before publication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, digital design, or creative marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating digital marketing and social media content.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely during NZ working hours.

Nice to have

• Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, and animation experience.
• Experience with international brands, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Photography or videography experience.
• Experience with technology, agriculture, SaaS, or B2B businesses.
