Salary: $70,000–$73,000 per year, plus eligibility for sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Join the M&T Bank Investment Program as a Financial Advisor associated with hirify.global.
• Build and grow a client base using the bank’s referral system and client network.
• Develop investment and financial solutions tailored to clients’ goals without proprietary product restrictions.
• Support individuals and families through different stages of their financial lives.
• Use LPL technology, customized services, investment products, and firm-wide resources to develop client solutions.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; Series 63/65 accepted as applicable.
• Insurance license required.
• At least three years of investment sales experience.
• Work location: Hartford, Connecticut.
