• Provide constructive feedback to authors and contributors.
• Manage accurate data entry and conduct data analysis related to document preparation.
• Collaborate with professionals to prepare complete, high-quality documents.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
• Implement quality control measures and support related office administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in editing or a related field.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and professional collaboration skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, proofreading, data entry, and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the legal services industry.
• Editing or related professional certification.
