TL;DR
Traditional Finance PMO (CEO Office) (TradFi and Crypto): Leading end-to-end delivery of Binance's Traditional Finance expansion across new products, markets, regions, and external data and infrastructure partnerships with an accent on integrated planning, regulated launches, and executive visibility. Focus on coordinating product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and finance, managing critical-path risks, and defining launch-readiness gates across jurisdictions.

What you will do
- Own the integrated program plan for the Traditional Finance roadmap, including milestones, critical paths, and cross-workstream dependencies.
- Run PMO operating routines, executive steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, scorecards, and launch-readiness reviews.
- Coordinate market-expansion initiatives across regions, including regulatory and licensing readiness, localization, and launch sequencing.
- Manage sourcing, onboarding, and delivery of external market-data and infrastructure partners.
- Define go/no-go criteria, coordinate phased rollouts, and lead post-launch retrospectives with product and engineering.
- Identify risks and blockers, drive resolution across functions, and maintain competitive intelligence for roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project management experience in a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or management consultancy.
- Track record delivering trading, market-data, brokerage products, or large-scale financial-services programs.
- Strong understanding of Traditional Finance market structure and products across asset classes.
- Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches and regulated workflows involving licensing, compliance, and partner agreements.
- Excellent executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- MBA, PMP, or CFA.
- Experience at a global brokerage or exchange.
- Knowledge of crypto assets, tokenization, digital-asset trading, and regulatory regimes across global markets.
