Home Concierge Specialist (International)

Location: Remote from any location. Evening shift required: 12:30 PM–9:00 PM Central Time, with a consistent weekly schedule. Available schedule patterns include Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, and Wednesday–Sunday.

Compensation for the currently available evening shift: $8.50–$9.25 USD per hour. Morning shift compensation is $7.50–$8.75 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Make up to 80 daily calls to customers who are expecting communication from Clever.
• Educate home buyers and sellers about Clever’s process and value proposition.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, provide guidance, and connect customers with suitable solutions.
• Collect and verify customer information for accurate handoffs to real estate agents.
• Coordinate text introductions and live transfers with internal teams and follow up with existing customers.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting call quality, efficiency, conversion, and satisfaction KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a call-center environment.
• Experience working in a remote support environment with high call volume.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, navigate multiple systems, and maintain a set schedule.
• Ability to consistently work the 12:30 PM–9:00 PM Central Time evening shift.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn and improve.
