Software Engineer (Java)

hirify.global Corporation is expanding its engineering team.

What you will do

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain software features and systems.
• Create internal APIs and design data storage solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop reusable code libraries and improve application scalability, performance, readability, and maintainability.
• Analyze business objectives, identify system improvements, and resolve software defects and post-implementation issues.
• Establish engineering processes, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders; mentor engineers and participate in hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and at least 4 years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of Java programming experience and deep knowledge of the Spring framework, including Spring AOP, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data Repository.
• Experience with HTTP, REST, WebSocket/SSE, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, and application design patterns.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Docker-based deployment, Linux, Agile methodologies, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
