Clinical Packaging Technician - 2nd ShiftShift

Location: Office-based in Blue Bell and West Point, Pennsylvania, United States; 2nd shift

What you will do

• Organize project team and client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, minutes, and meeting binders.
• Manage study information and supplies, including organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, and project documentation.
• Maintain internal and client reporting for project status and financial tracking, including system updates and queries.
• Support purchase orders, study invoices, and investigator payments.
• Prepare and maintain study files and track document status in the electronic trial master file according to filing and naming guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant executive support or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with computerized information systems and standard office software.
• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, including maintaining Excel trackers and building PowerPoint slides.
• Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or clinical research environment is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience taking meeting minutes and facilitating or scheduling Microsoft Teams meetings.
