Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, and commercialize semi-assembly and assembly automation solutions for syringes, auto-injectors, and wearable devices.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct engineering activities for major projects across multiple locations.
• Manage concurrent projects, set priorities, and support project strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to optimize asset value and resolve major project hurdles.
• Assess design risks, failure modes, and potential consequences of process changes while developing fallback strategies.
• Contribute subject-matter expertise to project engineering, project management, procedures, standards, and task forces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience.
• Proven record of managing projects to completion using extensive external resources.
• Broad and deep knowledge of project management, including project accounting and fiscal control.
• Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, biological, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
