Technical Construction Software Trainer (Electrical Design Software)

Location: Leeds, UK; four days in the office. Remote and in-person client training are required, with up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Deliver technical training for construction clients through onsite, virtual, classroom, and eLearning formats.
• Support new and existing clients with software installation, training questions, and product adoption.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, system setup, process mapping, and documentation.
• Provide client support through the training queue when not delivering training or preparing materials.
• Build lasting partner relationships and act as a technical expert and client advocate.
• Create and update classroom training and eLearning materials.

Requirements

• Educational background or practical experience in electrical engineering, construction, civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Effective decision-making, strong organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to work from the Leeds office four days per week and travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electrical Design products or similar construction technology software.
• Experience developing and leading electrical design training.
