Full Stack Engineer (React/Go)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

hirify.global, a UPS company, operates a logistics and delivery platform serving businesses and independent drivers across the United States.

What you will do

• Design, build, and test full-stack features for driver-facing web applications.
• Develop APIs and services for hirify.globalXD, geospatial capabilities, and foundational platform services.
• Build internal and customer-facing operational tools, primarily with React.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve complex logistics challenges.
• Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Improve code quality, automated testing, developer experience, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
• Experience developing scalable production systems and APIs.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Go, Ruby, Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework, ideally React.
• Track record of building reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.
• Strong problem-solving, technical judgment, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
