EHS/Quality Coordinator (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental, Health & Safety Management System.
• Coordinate workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, compliance databases, and regulated documentation.
• Support compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, customer requirements, and Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Assist with internal, supplier, and process audits, including planning and scheduling.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, meeting minutes, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement materials.

Requirements

• Degree in aviation management, quality management, environmental science, occupational health and safety, business management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work with regulated documentation, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 requirements and EHS legislation.
• Experience supporting internal audit programmes or an Internal Auditor qualification.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and compliance databases.
