QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) Junior+ (Cashback Partners)

Location: Worldwide; remote work available, with flexible work from an office or remotely. Relocation support is available to hubs in Serbia or Georgia for employees and their families.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and prepare test data.
• Develop and maintain test documentation and the test project.
• Perform automated and manual acceptance and regression testing.
• Write and maintain automated tests in Go.
• Identify, localize, and report defects using a bug-tracking system.
• Communicate with the product team throughout development and participate in releases.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of QA experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation.
• Programming experience in Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Experience with Git or another version control system.
• English at B1 level or higher is required for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience writing automated tests.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience using AI tools in testing.
