Chief Product Officer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategic direction of a portfolio of more than 10 B2C products.
• Partner with the Founder and leadership team on long-term product vision, growth opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Identify where AI can create meaningful value for users and the business, and turn those opportunities into product initiatives.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization.
• Hire, develop, and empower product leaders while enabling fast, thoughtful, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing a portfolio of international B2C products with a large user base.
• Experience defining and executing product strategy across multiple products.
• Strong strategic product thinking and a data-driven approach.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing product teams.
• Experience working in an international product environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and a clear understanding of its potential value for users and the business.

• Experience with subscription-based business models.
