Lead Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA)

What you will do

• Lead the development and standardization of CMMC products, assessment methodologies, documentation packages, tools, Bodies of Knowledge, and training materials for CMMC Levels 1–3.
• Conduct CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/800-172, and related cybersecurity gap analyses, risk assessments, advisory engagements, and incident response tabletop exercises.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent CMMC projects, including plans, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder meetings, and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate delivery between hirify.global resources, clients, approved external providers, accrediting bodies, and internal marketing, sales, IT, GRC, and quality teams.
• Support business growth through strategic planning, partnerships, sales enablement, proposals, pricing input, conferences, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting related to Cyber-AB requirements, DoD background checks, assessor certifications, SPRS submissions, self-attestations, and C3PAO obligations.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/800-172, ISO 27001, and other cybersecurity compliance frameworks in DoD and Defense Industrial Base environments.
• Current Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) certification from Cyber-AB.
• Advanced project management experience using SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, or equivalent portfolio and project management tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, workshop, webinar, training, and client facilitation skills.
• Experience with strategic growth, service development, stakeholder management, and cybersecurity assurance operations.
• Familiarity with or additional credentials such as NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
