Junior+ Golang Developer (Blockchain)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia. Relocation support is available for moving to Tbilisi.

What you will do

• Triage, reproduce, and investigate production issues using logs, metrics, and traces.
• Identify root causes and implement focused fixes and automations in Go.
• Add and adjust tests for implemented changes.
• Improve observability through alerts, dashboards, and post-mortems.
• Maintain technical documentation, incident notes, and operational runbooks.
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards.

Requirements

• Basic Go skills, including functions, modules, error handling, and concurrency fundamentals.
• Solid SQL fundamentals and experience reading and writing PostgreSQL queries.
• Understanding of distributed systems basics, including queues, streams, and caching.
• Comfort with Git and writing clear technical notes in English.
• Systematic debugging approach, curiosity, and ownership of follow-up actions.
• Availability for a standard 40-hour work week, 8 hours per day.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Kafka, Redis, or Temporal.
• Experience with Go unit or integration testing and basic CI pipelines.
• Familiarity with metrics, logs, traces, containers, or Kubernetes.
