TL;DR
Project Quality Engineer (Manufacturing Quality): Leading quality planning for new products and processes and supporting product launches into high-volume manufacturing with an accent on DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and compliance with customer requirements. Focus on driving change management, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and cross-functional quality execution.
Location: On-site in Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: €3,300–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do
- Lead quality engineering activities across new product and process development stages.
- Drive quality planning deliverables, including DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and identification of special product and process characteristics.
- Support change management for serial production parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and deploy best practices in product development.
- Support product introduction and ramp-up into high-volume manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with new product development and product launch activities.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, control plans, and capability studies.
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English are required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience with quality analysis software.
