Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst / Developer (RPA)

Location: Porto, Portugal (hybrid)

What you will do

• Support and develop RPA processes for investment banking and financial services operations.
• Analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical and functional solutions.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues within RPA processes.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to reliable project delivery.

Requirements

• IT background, preferably a technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering experience.
• More than 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex requirements.
• English at minimum B1 level is mandatory.
• French at minimum B2 level is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath RPA, .NET, C#, or VB.NET.
• UiPath certifications.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods, Atlassian tools, and version control.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
