Base salary: USD 200,000–300,000 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses. Benefits vary by location.

What you will do
- Develop and deploy foundation models for markets using large-scale market data.
- Improve the full modeling pipeline, including data featurization, architecture design, and training dynamics.
- Optimize how model outputs are converted into trading decisions.
- Independently pursue high-impact research directions within a small, focused team.
- Work with engineering, hardware, and systems teams to bring research concepts into production.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in deep learning research.
- Experience in a research domain such as robotics, biology, chemistry, physics, audio, or video.
- Ability to translate methods between different application areas.
- Strong engineering skills, particularly in GPU kernel development, lower-level PyTorch or JAX development, intermediate C++, FPGA/ASIC systems, or HPC.
