Mobile Network Assurance Associate Engineer

Location: Kato Petralona, Athens, Greece. Hybrid work combining remote and office-based work, including the option to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Supervise and monitor mobile network entities and performance.
• Troubleshoot network issues at first level and handle customer trouble tickets.
• Control change and configuration management activities.
• Manage network incidents and crisis situations.
• Support network expansions, enhancements, and the development and operation of network management systems.
• Record incidents according to local and global governance requirements.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in telecommunications or computer systems is desired.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in telecommunications, electronic engineering, physics, or computer science.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of IP networking, including routing, switching, and VLANs.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, prioritization, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with BSS systems such as Siebel, programming languages such as VBA, Shell script, C++, or Python, and Microsoft Access.
