Senior Clinical Data Science Lead

Location: Mexico or Colombia; remote or hybrid. Approximately 15% domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Lead clinical data science activities throughout the study lifecycle, including data review and delivery milestones.
• Perform analytic reviews focused on errors affecting subject safety or interpretation of final analyses.
• Provide input into clinical system development and clinical risk management activities.
• Plan and monitor budgets, timelines, hours, resources, and data review deliverables.
• Communicate risks affecting project scope, budget, or target dates and escalate issues appropriately.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with clients, sponsors, vendors, external customers, and internal departments; participate in audits.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of clinical data management experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical research organization.
• Experience leading multiple low- and moderately complex studies and supporting less experienced colleagues.
• Experience across the clinical data science lifecycle, including data analytics and data validation.
• Proficiency in at least one clinical data management system, such as Medidata Rave, Inform, Oracle Clinical, or Veeva.
• Fluent English and the host country language required. Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
