TL;DR
Senior Gameplay Programmer (C++): Building scalable gameplay and UI systems for multiplayer and live-service co-op games with an accent on gameplay UI, performance, and maintainable architecture. Focus on designing dynamic emergent systems, profiling frame time, memory and networking, and guiding technical alignment across disciplines.
Location: Stockholm office with a hybrid setup possible; must be based in or near Stockholm and already have the right to work in Sweden.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain gameplay and UI systems and features in C++.
- Build and own UI systems using WPF or MVVM patterns, preferably with Noesis.
- Develop dynamic systems with overlapping and emergent interactions for multiplayer and live-service environments.
- Profile, debug, and optimize frame time, memory, networking, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with design, QA, and production to deliver technically robust and engaging features.
- Support code reviews, technical guidance, documentation, and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent C++ skills and deep senior-level experience in a game engine context.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing gameplay features and systems, especially for multiplayer games.
- Hands-on UI development experience, preferably with the Noesis framework, plus experience with WPF or MVVM.
- Strong understanding of CPU architecture, memory, performance trade-offs, UI design principles, and 3D mathematics.
- At least one shipped title developed in C++ using a custom engine, Unreal, or Unity, plus live-service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English; existing right to work in Sweden required.
