CS Data Operation Manager (1 year temp)

What you will do

• Drive data-informed decision-making across the Customer Service organization.
• Manage reporting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial follow-up.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational performance and strategic planning.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve performance and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and wider business stakeholders, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Improve processes, dashboards, and operational tools.

Requirements

• Experience working with reporting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial follow-up.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for different stakeholders.
• Curious, analytical, data-driven, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of data visualization and relevant business metrics.
• Experience in customer service and working with BPOs.
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst.
