Manager (HRIS - SAP SF) (SAP SuccessFactors): Leading end-to-end HRIS initiatives and supporting scalable HR processes across Employee Central, Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0 with an accent on configuration, integrations, data migration, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on managing implementation delivery, resolving complex system and process issues, and supporting SuccessFactors platform, AI, and global benefits initiatives in Singapore.

What you will do
- Lead or project manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, covering requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system and technical solutions.
- Manage and guide team members supporting project delivery and ongoing HRIS operations.
- Assess system and process gaps, resolve issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Coordinate with SuccessFactors partners and SAP on ticket resolution and escalations.
- Support global benefits design, implementation, and open enrollment programs.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- 5 or more years of people management experience.
- End-to-end SuccessFactors implementation experience in one or more of Employee Central, Recruiting, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Central security and role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, mass updates, and notifications.
- Experience supporting Recruiting, RMK, Onboarding 2.0, tenant provisioning and refreshes, IAS/IPS, and Integration Center.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, issue assessment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SuccessFactors AI-related initiatives or projects.
- Experience with custom objects, user interfaces, Recruiting-to-Employee Central mappings, and Onboarding custom notifications.
