IT Analyst (E-commerce and Digital Manufacturing)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: CA$55,000–CA$65,000 per year

A global e-commerce company creating customized stickers, labels, decals, temporary tattoos, and other products through proprietary automation technology and local digital manufacturing.

What you will do

• Install, configure, provision, maintain, and inventory company computers, mobile devices, peripherals, software, and network equipment.
• Support remote access, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, file sharing, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, backups, antivirus protection, and other network services.
• Manage Windows domains, Active Directory, Hyper-V virtual machines, hosted IaaS environments, infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical support for production software, computers, scanners, equipment connectivity, and manufacturing systems including ONYX, Zund Cut Center, Hybrid, and Rasterlink.
• Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support integrations between equipment, software, databases, and business systems.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop automation user stories, support production analytics, and participate in new system and technology rollouts.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT System Administrator role with an IT Support background.
• Knowledge of IT management tools, networking, operating systems, and server architectures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Self-direction, initiative, attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving ability, teamwork, time management, and adaptability.
