What you will do

• Create software applications from requirements gathering and specification development through implementation and deployment.
• Maintain applications and provide support to local and international users.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and develop computer programs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and system failures, analyze issues, and implement resolutions.
• Document procedures and work instructions, train personnel, and formalize lessons learned.
• Monitor technology developments and propose functional and technological improvements.

Requirements

• University degree or higher; Information Technology specialization is preferred.
• Proficient English and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and international users.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages, including C#, Excel VBA, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software development methods, development tools, and IT security procedures and standards.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems, use development tools outside the primary area of expertise, and learn new technologies.
• Ability to document work, train personnel, present arguments effectively, and influence stakeholders.
