Senior Field Technical Program Manager, FDE

What you will do

• Lead high-stakes, multi-workstream technical programs with significant impact on customer success and scalability.
• Establish operating cadences, metrics, and review standards that can be adopted across the regional TPM organization.
• Coordinate initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing while resolving complex stakeholder misalignment.
• Manage change programs for large-scale digital transformations and support customer adoption of Lakehouse architecture.
• Document best practices and lead internal training for the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs.
• Advanced technical fluency and the ability to obtain 2 Databricks Associate Certifications or 1 Professional-level Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve program delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders, including CxOs.
• Experience managing projects with teams of up to 5 people and contract values exceeding $0.5M.
